The Columbiana County Mental Health and Recovery Services Board seeks a full time Director of Prevention and Outreach. The primary responsibilities of the Director of Prevention & Outreach is to participate with Board staff, educational programs (pre-school through adult), prevention services providers, community organizations and faith-based organizations to oversee and coordinate mental health, substance use, and gambling prevention services throughout the county, as well as to plan and implement public outreach activities.
