If the current pandemic situation has you feeling anxious, scared, depressed, or just needing someone to talk to, there are a number of options available for support by phone.

  • In a crisis or emergency situation, you can call 330-424-7767 or 1-800-427-3606 24/7.
  • The Peer Warm Line is open from 12 to 8 p.m. seven days a week, at 1-866-303-PEER (7337).
  • The Help Network Peer Resource and Recovery Center is taking calls from 12 to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at 330-385-7000.
  • For information and referrals, you can call 211 24/7.
  • The SAMHSA Disaster Distress Helpline can be reached at 1-800-985-5990 24/7.
  • The NAMI HelpLine is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1-800-950-6264
  • And if you prefer to text, you can be connected to a counselor by texting 4HOPE to 741741. This Crisis Text Line is available 24/7.
