Family and Children First Council is a state mandated intersystem collaborative group concerned with streamlining and coordinating services between systems to help families seeking assistance for their children. The Columbiana County FCFC has 26 member agencies and individuals representing education, parents and family advocates, county and state agencies, and private non profit organizations that serve families.
