Board Meetings:
The Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Board office located at 27 Vista Drive, Lisbon, Ohio. No meetings are scheduled during the months of July and December. Meetings are open to the public.
Board Membership:
Board members are Columbiana County residents who are appointed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health, the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, and Columbiana County Commissioners. Board membership positions are voluntary and unpaid.
